Stephen J. Padula

Biography

Stephen J. Padula is the managing member of Padula Law Firm and a distinguished trial attorney recognized for his unparalleled expertise in civil litigation. He is double Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Business Litigation and Civil Trial, a distinction held by less than 1% of Florida attorneys. Board certification by The Florida Bar represents the highest level of evaluation of an attorney’s competence, skill, and experience, and allows certified attorneys like Mr. Padula to formally identify as “specialists” and “experts” in their fields.

Mr. Padula has litigated and tried numerous jury and non-jury cases spanning the areas of business, real estate, construction, and employment law throughout Florida. Mr. Padula was born in Chicago, Illinois, and has been residing in Boca Raton since 1986.

• Mr. Padula earned his B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, from Lynn University, and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999 and is also admitted to practice before the Sixth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the State of Colorado. He is an active member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.
